How it works

Its very simple - just use your mobile!

Once you sign up and agree the monthly charge from your prison phone provider and pay them the initial fee we provide them with a unique and private - unpublished 07 mobile number just for your use.

When you want to send your loved one a message you can either text them an SMS message or call your MessageIn number.

When they next use their Prison Phone service (only available with Cell2cell and IMR) they will be told they have a message.

If you have sent an SMS the message will be read to them, if you've recorded a voicemail that will be played to them.

If they hang on at the end of the message they will be connected to you as normal - or if appropriate hang-up and call back at a more convenient time.
